Wuthering Heights ---> Poems

Darkling Thrush:
Well in Darkling Thrush it starts out super gloomy but then a little bird sings a song for no reason at all to show us that there is hope. We may not see it but it is there and it will show itself sooner or later. I think this is related to Wuthering Heights because there are soooooo many bad things that keep happening, and as you're reading it, all you can think is that something good will have to happen. I keep seeing this tiny little sliver of light at the end of a tunnel that I am hoping I am getting closer too as the end of the book nears.

Digging on My Grave (I don't know the full title)
This poem is basically talking about how after you die, no one is going to remember you. Maybe at first but as time goes on you will be forgotten and life will go on without you. I don't think this is related to Wuthering Heights very well because so many people die but everyone is still remembered. Like Heathcliff always goes on and on about Catherine. And the book still talks about Isabella. And Hindley.
