Mother's Day
I know that everyone is sick of Frankenstein but with it being Mother's Day and all I want to share something that relates to today and the analysis paper that I used. Mary Shelley had many problems with motherhood. Out of the four children she had only one survived and her mother also died 11 days after her birth. Her obsession with pregnancy, birth, maternity, and death are reflected in the work of Victor Frankenstein who is able to create and sustain life in an artificial manner. Mary may have taken her aggression out on the monster for being able to live and viciously created it into a hideous, murdering fiend who is unnatural and unaccepted because she could not bear her own personal pain of the loss of her children and dramatic instances of death in her life.
Heights
Withering heights is turning out to being a difficult read. its really different then any other literature then before. well mrs. stariha said its hard to get into...soo ill just keep on pushing through.
Not so bad?
I remember freaking out about our critical analysis paper but now i think that its not so bad. We have a lot of time to work on it and Starhia is reviewing them and i think my paper is pretty decent so those are my revised thoughts about that horrible paper.
Wuthering Heights
So I'm kind of having a hard time getting started on this book.
I really liked Frankenstein and it was really easy for me to understand.
This book seems like its going to be waaaaay differnt.
Hopefully once I get into it a little bit I'll start to like it.

Bummed!
So I was informed that Friday when all of us mathletes were out dominating the rest of you did a free write about love. I'm super disappointed about missing that! It would be such a fun thing to discuss especially before prom! And we could have listened to my CD... Because it's totally better than Jen's CD. Just kidding Jen. Sort of.
Happy Mother's Day!
haha wow... I accidentally posted this without finishing it. Yes Tonya I am still very tired lol So anyways, I just wanted to say Happy Mothers Day! When I started writing this at abou 1:30ish, my intention was to remind everyone to tell your mother how much you love her. Which I think you all should still do even though when you read this, the holiday itself will most likely be over. But anyways, I am excited to have started a new book and to have pretty much finished up Frankenstein. :)
