okay im reallly hoping that mrs. k will understand why my blog posts have been kinda short.. normally i write a lot more but my computer got a virus so im having to write all this stuff from my ipod and my hand realllllly hurts since its brokenso yeah sorry

+ im glad the marking period is over.. feel like it was a really long marking period but hopefully i can keep my gradez up for the next marking period , and hope to see mrs. stariha soon (:

ghost stories

ghost stories .. hm well i must say it was quite a dissapointment to realize that shelby doesnt even have a sticken ghost story . but i found the ghost story of the town i used to live in..


In 1735, a woman named Leeds, who had already had 12 children, gave birth to a 13th. During labor she proclaimed, “May the Devil take this one!”. The baby, upon being born, turned into a monster with the head of a collie, the wings of a bat and cloven feet. It promptly flew out the window and has been haunting the Pine Barrens ever since, mutilating animals, scaring the locals and bringing bad luck.

signal man

the signal man was an alright story but i think it was waaay to long and confusing at times but i liked how we got to be on desks and listen
. thanks mrs. k . (: but it was creepy to think that a ghost was switching the signals for the train and there was a lot of foreshawdowing in the beginning of the story with focus on the signal man and ect . good creepy story i suppose .

the beginning to wuthering heights is pretty slow and confusing when its going through all the geneology and stuff
. but its starting to get a little better with the appreance of the ghost of cathetherine outside the window
.. but it raise a lot of questions for me like why is she trying to get in .. whats her history.. and what does it have to do with the general attitide in the house.. we learn about how catherine and heathcliff were inseperable .
