do not go gentle into that good night
I found it a little bit weird how the writer was trying to convince his father to be angry as he layed there dying. I mean, I understand how he was in the war and he faced many hard times, but he made it through and lived to tell his story, that is not something he should get angry about. Yeah he was forced to serve, but he could have been worse off. I think people need to embrace life rather than be critical as to the events that took place as a person is dying. Death should come peacefully.

yeah, that was story was a bit confusing and i am hoping that we can go over it a bit more tomorrow to get more a feel of it.
ReplyDeleteYeah this poem was weird. wouldnt you want your dad to die peacefully but instead he is telling him to die with a revenge.
