so Laura, this is for you- I discovered this pretty awesome Youtube video/song about Sun Salutations and it reminded of track, and yoga, and Ms. Stariha which led me to post this on this blog. For some reason this makes me really happy...but be warned it's a little bit strange and hippy-ish... :D

ahh i liked it but just a tad like not a lot, but what was super dissapointing was it was all blurry like the colors were which distracted me !!
