Holy Help

Could someone help me to dissect Holy Thursday. I missed this poem the day I had the ALPA testing and I thought I could understand it because I was following the conversations about it in class but looking over it again I have a few questions. I should have looked over it before the tag meeting but I totally forgot about it. I understand what it is talking about, how the lower class is much less fortunate then the wealthier people in British society of the time, but if someone could point out some of the literary devices that I can't seem to find that would be great.
