decisions decisions.
Soo after talking about writing our Critical Theory Analysis papers, I am officially ver excited to write this paper!! I think that once I actually start I might not feel the same way, but as of right now it sounds like it's going to be an awesome assignment! :D I'm trying to decide between taking the psycho-analysis or the deconstructionist approach. I wanted to do feminist at first but after talking to a few people, realized that it would be a much harder approach than the other options. So then I began leaning towards psycho-analysis, but then I heard that everyone is taking that approach. I guess I will just have to end up doing eenie meenie miney moe...

I am definitely doing the psycho-analysis, just because I think the others were much harder when we did the Goldilocks thing. I liked the psycho one because its open for interpretation. And I'm all about being creative! haha
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking about going that same route. The feminist seems like it would be 'fun' but INCREDIBLY difficult. To analyze in a gender specific format seems like it would take a ton of brain power! so yeah... :D
ReplyDeleteGeez I thought the psycho-analysis seemed the worst! I want to do the feminist one but it would be difficult considering there is only 2 1/2 women in the whole book.
ReplyDeleteActually Maddie... that might make it easier if you think about the under-representation of women as a point!
